Visitors ask in full sentences, for example “Do I need a referral for a gastroscopy?”, and get a short answer drawn from your own content. Every answer names the pages it’s based on, so people can read up on the details right away.
The search only uses content that’s already published on your website. If it can’t find a matching passage, it says so instead of making something up. Anyone who prefers a classic search can still use one.
If you like, the CMS suggests summaries, alt text for images and translations. The suggestions appear as a draft next to your text. You decide what to accept, change or discard.
Alt text for images in particular is often forgotten in day-to-day work. A good suggestion makes it easier to add it consistently, which improves your website’s accessibility.
If your website should be multilingual, the AI creates a first version in the target language. This version never goes online directly. You or a professional translator review and approve it. That saves you time while you keep control over your content.

Every AI feature is optional. Your website works fully without it, and you can switch off any feature at any time, even later on and without rework.
Visitors can tell when they’re interacting with AI. Search answers are labeled as AI-generated and name their sources. No one should believe they’re talking to a person when they aren’t.
We only send an AI service the data it needs for the task at hand. Your data and your visitors’ data are never used to train models. We choose providers based or hosted in the EU wherever possible.
A human has the final say before anything is published. Suggestions in the editor and translated drafts stay drafts until you approve them.
For every service we use, we sign a data processing agreement and document which data goes where. You receive this documentation, so you can keep your privacy policy complete.

We include the setup in your fixed-price quote. In ongoing operation, AI providers usually charge by usage. We pass these usage costs on to you at cost, with no markup. How high they are depends on how often the feature is used. We estimate them with you in advance.

Yes, at any time. You can switch off each feature individually. Your website then keeps working as usual. Search, for example, falls back to a classic keyword search.
